The NSP-SPRING-PACK is the most revolutionary alternative to conventional disk-spring-units

Technical Description - Type NSP, product line "AUTONOMIC"

 

Conpact and independent unit

Compared to the NSP-SPRING-PACK product line “STANDARD”, the autonomic spring-pack is an independent system.

 

The NSP-SPRING-PACK product line “AUTONOMIC” is prestressed by the manufacturer with the maximum admissible filling pressure (P1). This preload has been chosen exactly to the effect that the maximum admissible working pressure of 150 bar is not exceeded when springing. This maximum admissible working pressure and thus the maximum load of the spring is achieved with NSP-SPRING-PACKS when springing to solid length. The spring of the product line “AUTONOMIC” can also be delivered with a filling pressure of 150 bar but with slight alterations in the constructional height. Please ask for our special leaflet.

 

Full compatibility to conventional disk-spring-units

The NSP-SPRING-PACK product line “AUTONOMIC” is absolutely compatible without adding any accessories to comparable conventional disk-spring-units.

 

Preload adjustable by user

The load at start point of piston stroke and thus the preload can be adjusted by the user by changing the filling pressure. To that effect, the NSP-SPRING-PACK has an integrated feeding valve. The feeding device needed for this must be ordered separately.

 

Safety is the first principle

To guaranty safest handling to the user with the NSP-SPRING-PACK, all springs of the product line AUTONOMIC are equipped with a bursting disk security. If the maximum admissible filling pressure acc. to table is exceeded when springing at maximum stroke, also the maximum admissible working pressure is exceeded. This operational situation is prevented by the bursting disk security which averts possible damage to the NSP-SPRING-PACK and thus protects the user.
